1. Personalization is a misnomer. Used properly, AI allows us to personalize without being intrusive.

2. It is now much harder to make an impact on PR and marketing if you retain a traditional approach and ignore AI.

3. It is crucial to understand the problems to be solved in order to ascertain which AI technique is best.

4. To succeed, you cannot rest on your laurels. Ongoing research and innovation will be key to maintain a competitive edge.

5. We need to teach young people and our staff skills such as creative thinking, collaboration, mind mapping, and goal setting.

6. AL is like a new marketing drug we have yet to become addicted to.

7. WI will reduce guesswork and provide the CMO with the confidence that they have the right strategy.

8. If you don’t innovate, your competitors will.

9. AI is in truth still immature, and many companies are figuring out what their vision for it is.

11. AI will solve all tasks that cost too much to scale manually and secondly, AI will help us predict the future better.

13. For years we’re been learning to work with and be more like machines, AI allows humans to be more human.

17. The opportunity of AI allows us to empower the person. Moving more to self-management of health and wellbeing.
